Questions before you paste

What if my list is longer than my plan?

We watch as many as your plan covers, in the order you pasted them, and the confirmation email lists the ones we left out. Choose a bigger plan with the same address and send the list again; sites already watched are skipped.

I've just paid. What now?

Send your list here with the same email address you paid with, and your plan applies straight away; sites already watched are skipped. If a confirm page told you a site could not start, press the button in that email again within a week and it will.

Can I stop one site and keep the rest?

Yes. Every alert email carries a stop link for that one site and check. Stopping deletes it, and once a site has no checks left, its place on your plan is free again.

What happens if my plan ends?

Your first site keeps being watched for free. The rest pause, and we email you a list. Nothing is deleted, so paying again picks up where you left off.
